JOSEPH D. SMITH

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With over 25 years of experience in the chemical and petrochemical industry, and special expertise in gas flaring, Joseph has a strong background in flare design and testing plus performance analysis and optimization. Joseph also provides expert witness services related to gas flares, hydrocarbon production, and fossil fired equipment design and operation. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and he currently teaches at the University of Missouri of Science and Technology to train tomorrow's engineers.

Born in New York City; moved to Texas as a child and graduated from University of Texas at Austin in 1973 with BS in Natural Sciences; worked for the parent company of Coca Cola in the Foods Division for 5 years; worked for Phillip Morris and Miller Brewing Company for 7 years; purchased distribution rights to Miller Brands in Oklahoma; currently
ROBERT E. JACKSON
CHIEF ENGINEER
Mr. Jackson has 30 years of experience in propulsion and combustion. He spent nearly 10 years in aerospace designing advanced propulsion systems for STOVL and Hypersonic aircraft systems. He has 20 years of experience in industrial combustion systems including: analyzing and optimizing combustion systems using numerous tools including CFD, supervision of laboratory facilities that analyzed combustion systems and fuels, and testing for emissions from various combustion systems including flares.
ZACHARY P. SMITH
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Zach received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University-Idaho and has since gained valuable experience relating to combustion systems, specifically process burners and industrial flare systems. His involvement has been focused primarily on CFD modeling, while also having gained skill in testing of combustion systems and application engineering. Previous to this experience, Zach was responsible for the designing and fabrication of multiple bio-energy projects. Zach is passionate about technology and also the great outdoors.

ROBOTICS SYSTEM DESIGN AND FABRICATION
Mike received his bachelor's degree in computer engineering and his master's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas. He has gained valuable experience with his professional electrical engineering license with Elevated Air, Magelland Midstream Partners, and EnGlobal Government Services.
HAIDER AL-RUBAYE

MIDDLE-EAST OPERATIONS
Haider received his master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad, Iraq and his Ph.D from the University of Missouri Science and Technology. He has gained valuable experience relating to hybrid energy systems, biomass gasification, biodigestion, and Carbon Black production.
NATHANIEL J. SMITH
MARKET DEVELOPMENT
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Nate received his degree in business management from the Gemological Institute of America and has since managed small teams for over 20 years. He is currently finishing his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Montana State University. He is involved in the day to day operations, business development, and circuit analysis/optimization/design of our patented sensors.
